Furthermore, drawing on principles of human spatial cognition and psychology, the Villa’s conference centres were designed to enhance delegate motivation – the building block of productivity - by providing conditions (space, light, thematic décor) that promote positive emotional functioning, psychological engagement, and states of consciousness required for creativity and problem solving.

Delegates have a choice of refreshing breakaway areas, including the Santorini Pool Terrace, The New York Lounge, Bacchus Garden Bar, Boma, Gatsby Piano Lounge and Sun Deck Mezzanine. All these areas are also available for product launches and corporate networking events.

Bonaparte Centre

With an air of grandiose magnificence, this centre pays homage to the strategic genius of Napoleon Bonaparte, the military strategist who rose from the bloodstained ashes of the French revolution to become the first Emperor of France.  The centre is minimalist, sleek and modern in design. It combines the latest conferencing technology with inspiration taken from the early nineteenth century “Empire Style”. It is characterized by warlike elements and symbols of strategy, boldness, victory as well as the power of the Empire.

 

Ideal inspiration for the competitive world of business, this is a place to anticipate opportunities, manage change, expand your Empire and shape the future of your organization. 

 

The Bonaparte Conference Room is suitable for up to 40 delegates. 

The Parthenon

Located in a discreet corner of the garden, this eco-friendly conference centre finds inspiration in the ancient Greek Temple - the Parthenon. It was the classic Athenian symbol of power, productivity and achievement during an era where environmental ethics were woven into the fabric of society and the world was greener. The Parthenon is a large and beautiful space that allows for plenty of natural sunlight, fresh air and of course, spectacular garden views to stimulate fruitful discussion and productivity. It is fully equipped with the standard equipment and a range of breakaway areas both in and outdoors can be made available.

 

As part of our green policy, the garden is maintained exclusively on borehole water. We also provide re-usable boards, bottled water, eco-friendly pencils and notepads to delegates utilising this venue. 

 

The Parthenon is suitable for up to 100 delegates.

Dali Conference Centre

Inspired by the creative genius and eternal imagination of iconic surrealist artist, Salvador Dali, this space presents a highly unique and inspirational setting for a meeting, conference or seminar. Utilising glass bricks and skylights in its design, the room is bathed in natural light. The clean lines and minimalist décor create a neutral space, while thought-provoking surrealist artwork and stone statues provide endless inspiration for corporates looking to break out of old stagnant paradigms and shift into brainstorming creative solutions.

The Dali Boardroom is suitable for up to 35 delegates. 

Gatsby Business Lounge

Grand and inspiring, the Gatsby Business Lounge provides a sophisticated yet informal atmosphere for corporates that are looking to break free from the conventional model of conferencing and thinking. Hosting a business soirée in this unforgettable venue is guaranteed to leave a lasting impression on attendees.  The venue is also available in the standard conference formats, including U-shape, and comes fully equipped with all the standard conferencing equipment you would expect. Complete with various breakaway areas, shutter doors open up to the gardens, allowing for natural light, as well as for quick transitions between plenary and commission discussions.

 

The Gatsby lounge is also ideal for presentations, creative workshops, social cocktail and networking meetings of up to 60 guests.

 

The Gatsby Business Lounge is suitable for up to 50 delegates

Pamper packages are also available at the Santorini Pool Terrace where delegates can unwind with a massage and enjoy the use of our sauna.
